Our services and fees

At Bogani Notary, we believe in clear, upfront pricing. Our fees consist of the standard Texas notary fee plus a convenience fee for mobile or online service.

1. Mobile Notary Services (In-Person)

We bring the notary office to your doorstep, office, or favorite coffee shop in Katy and surrounding areas.

• Mobile Travel Fee: $40.00

  (Covers travel and convenience within our service area)

• Notarial Act: $10.00

  (Per Texas Government Code § 406.024 for the first signature)

• Additional Signatures: $1.00 per additional signature from the same individual.

Total for a standard one-signature mobile appointment: $50.00

2. Remote Online Notarization (RON)

Securely notarize your documents from anywhere in the world using your computer or smartphone.

• RON Convenience Fee: $25.00

• Notarial Act: $10.00

  (Standard state fee for the first signature)

• Additional Signatures: $1.00 per additional signature.

3. Specialized Signing Services

For high-volume or complex loan documents, please contact us for a customized quote:

• Loan Signing Packages (Refinance, Purchase, HELOC)

• Estate Planning Packages (Wills, Trusts, POA)

• Printing & Shipping Services (Available upon request)

Important Information

• Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, and cash.

• Identification: A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for all signers at the time of service.

• Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 2 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid a partial travel fee.
